Q: Does my driveway come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all asphalt work is guaranteed or warrantied for ONE year. The warranty covers general wear and tear, but will not cover owner negligence such as fluid spills or excessive weight that would cause dips or ruts.
Q: How can I tell if my driveway will need to be replaced, topped, sealed, or if it can be patched?
A: There are several factors that will determine which repair would best work for your situation. Once the driveway is assessed you will be given options that would best fit your situation
Q: My driveway is breaking off on the edges, why? Can it be repaired?
A: Edges crack and can break off over time when a vehicle is driven or parked on the edge of the driveway. Some edges can by repaired by cutting the asphalt back and relaying new asphalt. A suggestion would be to widen the driveway six (6) inches on both sides so there can be enough room for 2 or more vehicles to be parked comfortably and not on the edges
Q: How long should I wait before having my driveway sealed?
A: Typically you should wait at least one year before sealing so the asphalt has had time to cure. If you want your driveway sealed it is best to have it done either the spring or early fall when the temperatures are slightly cooler and more consistent.
Q: How long will I need to wait before I can drive on my driveway?
A: It is recommended that the driveway sets for at least 72 hours (3 days). This is applicable for topping, sealing, and driveway replacement.
Q: Will I need to obtain any permits to have my driveway re-done or have a new one installed?
A: No permits are required to have a driveway installed or to have an existing driveway repaired. We strongly suggest you speak with your Home Owners Association (HOA) before any work is done so all rules and guidelines can be properly met.
Q: Do you offer referral or group discounts?
A: We do offer group discounts! Please call our office today and speak with a member of our office team for details! Referral discounts are not available at this time.
